Three More Customized Dolls!

I customized three more dolls! Also, I've been going through watermarks, and the last one is my favorite. I forgot to put one on the second, so I hope that nobody claims it as their own. This first doll is Jess with #45's bangs and blue eyes. The bangs are not very matchy but they look fine from a distance.

The second is the most complicated- #5 with Caroline's eyes and Nicki's hair dyed a shade of red. This one took forever to do and I left out the watermark on accident, so please don't claim this edit is your own, because I worked very hard on it.

This one is #2 with Kit's eyes. I really like the way this came out and I think that AG should make this a doll. I might have to customize one like this because I think she would be adorable.

Yours truly,

I guess this is the first post since December 31?

I'm so sorry that I haven't been doing any blogging lately- now that I have this one security program, I can't upload pictures directly to Blogger; I have to upload them through Picasa and then use them on Blogger. It's a hassle, so I haven't been blogging much.

I have made a few custom dolls lately, so let's check those out!

Here's a custom doll that I did that would be pretty awesome if American Girl made- I would customize myself one but I have no clue where I could get this awesome wig! This doll was made from Gwen and edited on Ribbet- awesome website by the way and I do a lot of editing there. I dyed the hair reddish with darker red highlights in the top part and changed her eyes to a dark blue.
Next we have a custom Marie-Grace with brown eyes that I edited for Katie, who has two blogs that you should check out. Just click on her name :) I eyeswapped on Pizap using the cutout tool.

Not really a customized doll, but instead an edited picture of one of my own- Marie-Grace. This was also edited on Ribbet (link below first picture) and I used a lot of different effects. I really love the way this looks.

I'll try to do more custom dolls soon, and I can even do edits/Lunaii/anything like that for you! Just leave a comment or email me at beamproductions13@yahoo.com and put "Edits" in the subject line so I know that it's important!

Picmonkey is irritating.

I used Picmonkey to edit A LOT of pictures, but now, to use the same effects, you have to pay. PAY. TO EDIT PICTURES WITH SPECIAL EFFECTS. I believe it's $5 a month. That's insane. Why would you pay to edit pictures? I know a lot of people on the AGFMB make custom dolls. If you're reading this, I highly recommend using Pizap (www.pizap.com). That's how I swap doll wigs and eyes. I just use Picmonkey to cover up the little blemishes.

Anyways, I'm going to post more later.

Customized American Girl Doll

I would actually love to customize a doll to look like this someday. It's #37 with #24's wig, and I just love the eye/hair combo. I did a really rough job on the wig, so please excuse that ;) If I made this doll, her name would be Allessandra Alexia Penderwick. I just love that name :)

Anyways, I'm going to tell you where I made this doll at. The dolls used were downloaded from this website. I changed the wig on this site by using the cutout tool. The text was also added on the previous site. My logo in the lower left hand corner was added on this site, along with minor things like changing the shirt color and covering up some mistakes.

I hope you enjoy this post and look forward to more coming soon!
